Birmingham outdoor food markets mid afternoon friday. Sound of food sellers chanting, and some response to microphone. H2 zoom front mic, wind shield, hardly any wind noise.

Recorded from my apartment, second floor. This starts with a few bolts of lightning during the end of a typical early summer afternoon and ends up on a pretty huge thunderstorm including hail. I wish i could have recorded more but the storm was getting so important, i had to close my window.

This is the second half of my train to work, plus my walk from my train to my office. Includes sounds of getting on the train, taking the train a number of stops, getting off the train, onto the street. Some sounds of traffic, and then the sound of my office's eleavtor.

Trumpet does some phase effects as the reflected sound from a large building mixes with the direct sound. Recorder was in bag so sounds of movement, and plenty of street noise. We went to strasbourg to follow an invitation by an photographer to his vernissage! to bad that we got stucked into the traffic jam and arrived while the gallery was already closed! that was really a bummer because the drive took us four hours!lucky that i had my zoom h6 because strasbourg is by far an amazing city with so many street life. It is insane how many little streets with these tiny cafes and all the people around! it is like a magnet and you got sucked in. The french people know how to live life and i recorded in 3 parts of the city to give you a nice ambience feeling. This is part 1.

The recording was made in the town of kirkcaldy, scotland, next to a street on a seaside promenade. Street noises can be heard on the recording. Incoming motorcycle steadfast in the traffic light and departing. Hear passing cars and street sounds. I recorded it on the zoom h5 handy recorder.
